How to use it
1 stick per day, preferably in the morning, or as advised by a health care professional.
How to use: Open the stick and mix the powder into 150ml of water (a large glass) until it is completely dissolved. You can also add the powder to a semi-liquid foodstuff, such as yoghurt or fruit puree.
