How to use it
2 to 4 capsules a day (1 to 2 in the morning - 1 to 2 in the evening) Plan to take for 2 to 4 months, i.e. 1 to 4 pillboxes depending on how many capsules are taken each day
Start in the second half of the cycle for pre-menstrual syndrome and continue throughout the pre-menopause and menopause periods
