Pen containing one CO2 cartridge (14 ml).

This device is for external use only. It must be kept out of the reach of children, and must be used by an adult when the treatment is intended for a child.CO2 is an odourless, non-toxic gas, but has flammable properties. The container is under pressure and can explode if overexposed to heat. The Cryopharma Wartner hand and foot warts pen must not be pierced or burnt after use, as it is under high pressure and must not be opened.

This cryotherapy pen should not be used :

  • children under 4 years of age,
  • on the Face, crotch, genitals, scalp or mucous membranes,
  • on people suffering from diabetes, circulatory disorders or blood coagulation problems,
  • on warts located on sensitive or very thin skin, for example around the joints,
  • if the wart or the skin around it bleeds, itches, is open, irritated, infected or red,
  • on healthy skin,
  • on fluid-filled vesicles known as molluscum contagiosum or, more commonly, water warts, or on any other form of vesicle or ampula,
  • if it is not certain that the growth is a wart,
  • on birthmarks, moles, irregular or recently vascularised lumps, or on anything that appears to be skin cancer (melanoma),
  • on warts that are very close together, less than 3 centimetres apart. It is recommended that you treat one wart and wait 14 days before treating the next, as this may damage the Skin.

4 easy steps to use:

  1. When first used, do not remove the transparent cap and rotate the white part of the pen in the direction of the arrows until you hear a click. You need to apply enough force to break the inner seal. This step is necessary to activate the pen.
  2. Place the pen with the transparent cap down on a flat, solid surface. Grasp the cap firmly and, using your other hand, firmly push the white part downwards for 7 seconds. Make sure you keep to this time.
  3. Remove the transparent cap. If a white ice cube appears on the tip of the pen, use it immediately. If not, repeat the previous step.
  4. Press the icy tip of the pen firmly onto the wart for 15 seconds on thin skin (fingers, hands, arms, toes, feet excluding the soles of the feet); 40 seconds on thick, calloused skin (soles of the feet).

Read the instructions carefully.
