ACTIPOCHE Cold Spray provides rapid pain relief through its instant cold action (cryotherapy), particularly in the case of sports injuries (knocks, strains, sprains, strains).

Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If eye irritation persists: consult a doctor.
If swallowed: call a poison control centre or doctor immediately.

To be used as a first-line treatment, before treating oedema.
Spray directly onto the skin from a distance of at least 20 cm for 10 seconds. Sweep over the painful area to avoid any risk of frostbite. Repeat if necessary.
Use short bursts of pressure, without prolonged spraying. Stop spraying as soon as frost appears.
For Children aged 6 and over: use under adult supervision.
