How to use it
How to use Actipoche Cold Spray?
Hold the bottle 20 cm away from the skin and spray in short bursts (no longer than 10 seconds), sweeping across the painful area. Stop as soon as frost appears. For children aged 6 and over, use under adult supervision.
Ideal for rapid relief as a first response. Avoid prolonged spraying to prevent the risk of frostbite.

For external use only. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin. Do not spray on the head or nearby. Avoid the face, ears, and eyes. Do not spray on mucous membranes. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 6 years old. Actipoche Cold Spray is contraindicated for individuals with Raynaud’s syndrome, cold intolerance, peripheral nerve disorders, or cold sensitivity issues.

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if exposed to heat. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and all other ignition sources. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/122°F.
