How to use Besins Healthcare Menopause?
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after your main meal. For optimal results, we recommend a 30-day course, which can be repeated if needed. To make swallowing easier, take with a glass of water.
Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture to maintain capsule quality.
