Very Good Quality MagnesiumI have been using this brand of magnesium for a very long time. It is highly absorbed and helps in increasing the magnsium blood levels. Mangnesium is a chemical element that is required for more than 350 chemical reactions in the body. magnesium from food is not what it used to be and not highly bioavailable, plus as we age we no longer absorbed it properly; hence, the supplementation.
