Be-Life Fe is a food supplement providing iron alongside vitamins B9, B12 and C. This formula supports the nutritional needs associated with temporary fatigue and contributes to several essential bodily functions.
Iron and essential vitamins
Iron is an essential mineral found in haemoglobin and myoglobin. It therefore helps transport and bind oxygen in the blood and muscles. Be-Life Fe combines iron with vitamins B9 and B12, which contribute to blood formation and help reduce tiredness. Neutral-pH vitamin C completes this combination by contributing to iron absorption and normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Suitable for specific nutritional needs
This formula may be recommended for people experiencing temporary fatigue, pregnant women, or those whose periods involve significant blood loss. It is also suitable for vegans, vegetarians and people following a fully plant-based diet, whose eating habits may require particular attention to iron intake. Key dietary sources of highly bioavailable iron include offal, red meat, fish, seafood and poultry. However, iron supplementation should be considered based on the results of a blood test.
This formula therefore combines iron with vitamins B9, B12 and C in a supplement designed to support targeted nutritional intake.
Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning before breakfast. Swallow with a large glass of water to aid absorption. For optimal results, follow a regular course of 2–3 months.
For better tolerance, avoid taking with coffee or tea.

• People with conditions such as haemochromatosis, polycythaemia or any other condition causing abnormal accumulation of the trace element iron in the body must never take iron supplements.
