DESOCLEAN™ is indicated for the topical treatment of eyelids and eyelashes, secretions resulting from Allergy, inflammation and/or infection, such as the various types of blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.
Its use is particularly indicated for pre- and/or post-operative treatment. DESOCLEAN™ is also recommended for the Daily use treatment of the peri-ocular area in people with a predisposition to the occurrence of different types of blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis. Due to its special composition, it is also suitable for contact lens wearers.
PROPERTIES : All the components of DESOCLEAN™ are useful for obtaining a suitable treatment, while fully respecting the particular physiology of the peri-ocular area, which is particularly delicate and sensitive. The product ensures precise treatment, mechanically removing secretions, foreign bodies, dust, etc..

How to use it
After thoroughly washing your hands, open the sachet and take out the Wipes. Apply the Wipes to the eyelid area. Wipe gently to thoroughly cleanse and remove ocular secretions and any other type of deposit (impurities, airborne particles, dust, etc.), in the event of particularly persistent secretions or an obstructed tear duct, it is advisable to warm the closed sachet for a few minutes in lukewarm water (around 40°C) and then use the wipe as a warm compress, gently massaging the area. In the case of inflammation, on the other hand, it is advisable to chill the sachet in the fridge for a few hours, then apply the open Wipes to the eye, holding it in place for a few minutes like a cold compress.

The sterility of the product is only guaranteed if the sachet is intact. The Wipes are for single use only. Reuse may spread infection. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of Children. For external use only. Interrupt treatment in the event of irritation or obvious hypersensitivity to the product. In the event of infection, do not use the same Wipes for both eyes. Single use only. Read instructions for use carefully. It is mandatory to report any serious incident occurring in connection with this DESOCLEAN™ medical device to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the patient is based.
