How to use Arkopharma Arkomag Magnesium B6 Gummies?
From 3 years old, chew 1 to 2 gummies daily for children and adolescents. Adults may take up to 3 gummies per day. These supplements can be taken at any time, ideally as part of a one-month course for optimal magnesium intake.
The gummy format makes them easy to take, with no need for water. Store out of reach of young children.
