How to use Arkopharma Arkocapsules Krill Oil + Manganese?
Suitable for adults and children aged 7 and over. Take 1 capsule daily, ideally in the morning with breakfast. Swallow with a full glass of water to aid ingestion. There is no time limit for use – adjust the course according to your needs.
Tip: Store the blister pack away from moisture to maintain capsule quality.
