How to use it
How to use Alvityl Day & Night Chondroflex?
Take 1 Day tablet in the morning and at midday, followed by 1 Night tablet in the evening. Swallow each tablet with a glass of water, preferably during a meal for better absorption. This programme is designed to be taken over 8 consecutive days and can be repeated as needed.
Tip: For best results, ensure you stay well hydrated throughout the course.
