How to use it
How to use Canderel?
Replace ordinary sugar by adding it directly to hot or cold drinks, baking recipes or yoghurt. Dosage equivalent: 1 sachet or 1 tablet = 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Store the dispenser in a dry place, away from moisture and heat to maintain its sweetening power.

Aspartame is an artificial sweetener used as a sugar substitute in many foods and drinks. Compared with sugar, aspartame has a number of advantages:
- Fewer calories: aspartame has a very low calorie content (around 4 calories per gram), but being around 200 times sweeter than sugar, a much smaller amount is needed to achieve the same level of sweetness, which significantly reduces calorie intake.
- Weight control: because of its low calorie content, aspartame can help control weight, particularly for people looking to reduce their sugar and calorie intake.
