Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin.
It generally comes in 2 forms: vitamin D2 or ergocalciferol and vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol (the most easily assimilated form). Present in the body, vitamin D3 has two origins. It is synthesised by the epidermis under the effect of ultraviolet light, and to a lesser extent, it is provided by food.
Vitamin D is the main factor in increasing the intestine's capacity to absorb calcium and phosphorus.
Who is it for and when?
Pregnant and Milk feeding women, Children (especially from 1 to 3 years old), the elderly, people with highly pigmented skin, people on special diets (vegetarian, macrobiotic, no consumption of oily fish), people with little exposure to the Sun or who wear covering Textiles all year round. For everyone, during seasons with little sunshine, i.e. from October to March-April.

How to use it
Take a quarter (1/4) tablet a day with a meal.
