How to use Abundance Liposomal Vitamin B?
Take 1 to 2 sachets daily, preferably on an empty stomach for better absorption. Squeeze the contents into a glass of cold water or juice, or mix it with yoghurt. Avoid contact with hot liquids to maintain effectiveness.
Tip: Its unique texture doesn’t dissolve but blends easily with cold foods.
