Ingredients : 150mg extract of little holly(ruscus aculeatus) titrated to 10% ruscogenin, 100mg extract of red vine leaf(vitis vinifera) which contributes to good blood circulation. Thickener : HPMC E464, 80mg of Horse Chestnut extract(Aesculus hippocastanum) titrated to 10% aescin, which helps to tone circulation, 60mg of Witch Hasel extract (Hamamelis virgiana). Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. 12mg* Vitamin C, which contributes to the formation of Collagen to ensure the normal functioning of blood vessels. Anti-caking agent: colloidal silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate. *15% recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C.

How to use it

Take one capsule a day with a large glass of water (100 ml) in the morning or at lunchtime.
A course of treatment lasting at least 2 to 3 months is recommended.

This schedule may be doubled during the first week if the sensations are more intense.
In the particular case of menstrual discomfort, it is recommended to take 2 tablets in the morning and evening, starting 48 hours before the start of the period and finishing 48 hours after the end.
