How to use it
Take 1 tablet half-hour or one hour before sleeping.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
450 mg of valerian root dry extract (equivalent to 1350 to 2700 mg of dried valerian root).
This product contains 103 mg of glucose and 268 mg of sucrose. Do not use if allergic to valerian or any other ingredients included in its composition.
Keep out of the reach of children, away from heat and moisture. To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is not recommended exceed the recommended dose. A best before date on the package. not recommended for pregnant or nursing women without medical advice.
