PILELE Transitbiane Food Supplements 15 sticks
Dietary fibre is made up of a series of sugar molecules (called polysaccharides) which cannot be digested and absorbed by the human body.
They therefore travel intact through the upper digestive tract, resisting the various digestive breakdown processes (action of gastric juices, release of digestive enzymes, etc.).
It is recommended that you consume 30g of fibre a day through your diet (fruit and vegetables, wholegrain cereals, seeds, etc.). However, if this intake is insufficient, supplementation may be useful.
Transitbiane is a dietary supplement rich in :

How to use it
1 to 2 sticks a day, diluted in a 150-200 ml glass of water.
Best taken before meals or in the evening before bedtime.
