- Vitamins: naturally-occurring beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system the normal functioning of the immune system. Naturally-occurring Vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress. 6 Vitamins from the B group, including Vitamins B2 and B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Minerals: Calcium, derived from a small red algae called Lithothamme, which is essential for maintaining normal bone structure. Magnesium from marine sources, which helps reduce fatigue. Selenium, from yeast, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

How to use it
WHO? Adults and adolescents aged Plus 12 (see precautions for use). WHEN? Preferably in the morning, with a meal. HOW? 3 capsules a day.
