How to use it
How to take New Nordic Collagen Smoothing tablets?
Begin by taking 2 tablets in the morning and evening for 8 weeks, with a full glass of water. After this initial phase, reduce to 2 tablets per day. For best results, continue the course for a minimum of 2 months.
If needed, you may continue with 4 tablets daily. For optimal absorption, swallow preferably with meals.
