Keep out of reach of young Children.

Silicio Chondroitin & Glucosamine has a shelf life of 24 months before opening (see use-by date on pack) and 4 months after opening. Silicio Chondroitin & Glucosamine is best stored in the refrigerator, away from heat and light.
Introductory phase: Take 30 ml a day, preferably before breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or juice. Do not take undiluted. It is recommended that you follow this attack phase for 15 days, followed by the maintenance phase.
Maintenance phase: Take 15 ml a day, preferably before breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice. Do not take undiluted. A programme of at least 3 months is recommended. Silicio Chondroitin & Glucosamine can be taken continuously throughout the year if required.
