How to use it
How to take Oemine Marine Lecithin?
Take 2 capsules twice daily, before breakfast and dinner, with a large glass of water. For best results, follow this routine continuously for at least 6 to 8 months.
The natural, stronger odour indicates a highly concentrated marine lecithin. Store the bottle away from heat to maintain quality.
