How to use it
How to use Propos'Nature Precious Solution N°18?
Shake well before use. Using the measuring spoon, take 5 ml (adults) or 2.5 ml (children weighing 35 kg or more) either before or between meals. Hold under the tongue for 1 minute to enhance absorption, then swallow. Repeat 1 to 2 times daily.
Keep the measuring spoon clean and dry after each use.
