Take 3 capsules a day with a large glass of water. Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. Consume as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek the advice of a doctor before any supplementation. Not intended for young children. Magnesium supplementation through less easily assimilated salts can cause laxative effects in some people. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
