Ingredients : Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide [nano], anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide [nano], lavender flowering top essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), tablet coating (graft copolymer of polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinyl alcohol), stabiliser: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Per 1 tablet :

• Valerian root extract (420mg), dried plant equivalent (2.1g)
• Lavender essential oil (40mg)
