Lactium® is a milk Proteins hydrolysate containing a unique bioactive peptide: alpha-casozepine. Alpha-casozepine is a peptide consisting of 10 amino acids, derived from the tryptic hydrolysis of bovine casein. It has anxiolytic properties, acting like benzodiazepines. Alpha-casozepine is a natural anxiolytic and has an affinity for GABA-A receptors. Its anti-stress action is non-addictive and non-addictive. This decapeptide, whose relaxing effects have been proven in numerous studies, contains very little lactose (< 1%), so there is little risk of intolerance. Unlike benzodiazepines, which belong to the anxiolytic family, Lactium® is non-addictive. What's more, it has no toxic effect on the body, even in high doses: it's completely natural and completely safe.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly bioavailable chelated magnesium, with a bioavailability of around 80%. This means that the body can absorb the nutrient more easily, with few or no side effects. Magnesium is essential for many bodily functions. But it is best known for maintaining nervous and muscular balance.
