How to use it
Pour the powder into a large glass of Water, mix well and drink quickly. Adults: take 1-2 sticks/day as required. Children aged 6-12: 1 stick/day.

Ingredients: Ispaghul tegument powder (Plantago ovata F. - 8.3 g/2 sticks), inulin and oligofructose powder (8.3 g/2 sticks), fig powder(Ficus carira L. - 1.6 g/2 sticks), acidifying agent: citric acid; anti-caking agent: sodium bicarbonate; natural flavour; dried elderberry extract(Sambucus nigra L. - 66 mg/2 sticks).

Children aged 3-6 years: medical advice recommended. The absorption of medicines taken simultaneously may be slowed down, it is therefore advisable to wait 30 minutes between taking a medicine and using Fruit & Fibres ACTION DOUCE powder. Keep out of reach of young Children. Do not take with medication. Suitable for vegetarians. The colour, smell and taste of this product may vary without affecting its quality or efficiency.
