There are 2 forms of Q10 co-enzymes, the oxidized form: ubiquinone and the unoxidized active form: ubiquinol.
The ability of the body to produce the unoxidized form, ubiquinol, may change with age.
Ubiquinol, with strong antioxidant properties, helps to protect the free radicals produced in the body. Due to its lipid-soluble and water-soluble character, the absorption rate of ubiquinol is 4.3 times higher than that of ubiquinone.
Ubiquinol and vitamin E work in combination to achieve an optimal antioxidant effect.
Use 1 capsule of red yeast rice and ortho Q10 H2 per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle.
