How to use it
Under age 16: take 20 drops diluted in a glass of water or a BIO'SOMMEIL herbal tea, once a day, during the evening. Age 16+: 40 drops diluted in a 20 cl glass of water or in a cup of BIO'SOMMEIL ladrôme laboratory herbal tea, once a day, during the evening. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Shake well before use. A deposit may naturally form; it does not alter the quality of the product.
