How to use it
Drink 10 ml of Dynasil 3 times a day (ie 30 ml), diluted in a little water, 10 minutes before each meal, or 30 ml per day. Shake before use. Recommended daily serving: 3 caps of 10 ml (30ml) = 30 mg of organic silicon of natural origin (64.5 mg of silica). Number of doses = 33 doses of 30 ml.
