Shake bottle before use. Take 4 to 6 tablespoons a day (between 60 and 90 ml). To be diluted in 25cl of liquid (water, juice) Before opening: keep carefully closed in a cool place, away from light and moisture. After opening: keep the bottle refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.
