How to use it
The recommended daily dose varies according to the age of the Children.
Up to the age of 2: Taken directly: 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) every 2 days - contains 560 mg of Omegas fatty acids. Via breast milk (supplementation by the mother): 9 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) - contains 2000 mg of Omegas fatty acids
2-6 years: 2.5 ml per day (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) - contains 560 mg of Omegas-3 fatty acids.
6-12 years: 5 ml a day (approx. 1 teaspoon) - contains 1120 mg of Omegas fatty acids.
12 years and Plus: 9 ml a day (approx. 1 tablespoon) - contains 2000 mg of Omegas fatty acids.
Children generally find it difficult to eat fish several times a week, or even every day. Thanks to its liquid form and pleasant taste, Omega-3 KIDS (Omega 3 for Babies and Children) can be taken by spoonful or mixed into children's food, which improves intake.
For example, you can add Omega-3 KIDS to your child's pot, yoghurt, smoothie or muesli, without affecting the taste or texture of the food.

Unopened products should be stored out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Crystals may form at temperatures below 4°C. These crystals dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is advisable to shake the bottle briefly before use. After opening, the bottle should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 45 days.
