How to use it
Maintenance: 2 tablets of OEMINE Spirulina 1000 Bio , to be swallowed with a glass of water, during meals, per 20-day course of treatment (1 box).
For athletes: 4 tablets of OEMINE Spirulina 1000 Bio , to be swallowed with a glass of water during meals, in 20-day courses (2 boxes).
