How to use Granions Duab?
This pack contains 60 capsules, designed for a 15- to 30-day programme.
There are two recommended programmes:
Intensive programme: On the first day, take 4 capsules with a large glass of water. From the following day, take 2 capsules twice daily with meals (morning and evening) for 4 days.
Maintenance programme: On the first day, take 4 capsules. Then take 2 capsules each morning with a meal for 1 month. Repeat the programme if needed. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
