How to use Nutergia?
Take 2 capsules daily, ideally in the morning with a glass of water. Suitable for adults to help support a positive mood. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Magnesium hydroxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), magnesium bisglycinate, zinc gluconate, saffron (Crocus sativus L.) and rhodiola (Sedum roseum (L.) Scop.) extracts, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B8 (D-biotin) and B9 (calcium L-methylfolate). Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Extracts of EU and non-EU origin.
