How to use Natural Nutrition Pure Shilajit resin?
Measure out a 500 mg dose (about the size of a pea) using the measuring spoon. Stir it into a warm drink (not boiling) until fully dissolved. Ideal for morning use on an empty stomach or in the early afternoon.
