How to use it
We recommend taking 2 capsules a day for 3 months.
For the physical symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (digestive problems, periodic cramps, blemishes, etc.), you can take Omum's Mon Cycle Confort food supplement at the same time, without the risk of overdosing. Take a break of at least 3 weeks every 3 months. In the event of intimate discomfort, L'Intime Nutricosmétique by Omum can also be combined with Mon Cycle Zen.
