How to use it
How to take Nutergia My'cokyl tablets?
Take 3 to 6 tablets daily, preferably with meals. Start with the minimum dose (3 tablets) and adjust as needed. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption.
For best results, space the intake throughout the day (for example, 2 in the morning and 2 at lunchtime). Regular use helps maximise the benefits.

Ingredients: Bulking agents: cellulose and maltodextrin; extracts of garlic (Allium sativum L.), grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macfad.), olive (Olea europea subsp. Europea), thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.) and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate; essential oils of clove (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. et L.M. Perry), cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia J. Prest.) and oregano (Origanum compactum Benth.).
