How to use it
How to take Miyé capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, at any time – even with meals. If you are taking antibiotics, continue for 3 months (during and after your course).
After one month, assess the effects and adjust your intake: 2 capsules 3 times a week is sufficient for maintenance. Each pack provides a 30-day supply.
