How to take New Nordic Melissa Dream tablets?
Begin by taking 3 tablets daily with a glass of water, 1 hour before bedtime for 15 days. After this period, continue with 2 tablets at the same time each evening. This supplement can be used continuously throughout the year without interruption.
For best results, combine with a relaxing bedtime routine.
