A combination of complementary forms of magnesium
The formula contains three forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, citrate and oxide. Bisglycinate is recognised for its good bioavailability and digestive tolerance. How should Mag 2 be used?
Take 1 tablet daily with a large glass of water. If you experience intense fatigue, increase the dose to 2 tablets daily. This supplement is for adults only.
