How to use it
How to use Aromalogie Algotherapy Lithothamnium?
Adjust your intake according to your needs: take 1 to 3 capsules per day, ideally before meals. For joint or muscle comfort, take 2 capsules in the morning and evening for 1 month, then reduce as needed. If you experience gastric acidity, space the intake of 3 capsules throughout the day. During pregnancy or for growth support, maintain a daily intake of 3 capsules. Longer courses are recommended for osteoporosis or osteoarthritis.
