Lecitone CNS (docosahexanoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are omega-3 fatty acids that are naturally found in certain fish and plants. How to use it
1 to 3 capsules a day, preferably in the evening during the meal, to swallow with a large glass of water. Renew if necessary.
