How to use it
Take 5 Biogaia drops a day as a single dose, either directly or mixed with a room temperature drink. Shake the bottle well before use. Do not mix with a hot drink (above 37°C) as the high temperature will affect the Lactobacillus reuteri. Biogaia Protectis drops have a neutral taste and do not change colour or texture if mixed with other liquid.
