How to use Inovance Noctivance Flash Melatonin-Free spray?
Spray 5 times under the tongue (0.75 ml) approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. If you wake during the night, repeat if needed. The melatonin-free formula is suitable for everyone, even for occasional use.
For optimal effectiveness, avoid eating or drinking immediately after spraying. Gently shake the bottle before each use.
