How to use it
How to use Jaldes Imgalt Lactic Ferments?
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, away from meals. Suitable for the whole family (from 3 years old).
Take as part of a 1- to 2-month course, which can be repeated as needed. For optimal results, allow a 2-hour interval before or after meals.

The lactic ferments in IMGALT capsules are natural products; colour may change over time. Store below 25°C (refrigerate in hot weather). Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
