How to use it
One capsule a day, to be taken with a glass of Water, preferably with meals.
Use for renewable periods of 3 months.

Ingredients : Borage oil, soya oil, coating agent: gelatine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), fish oil rich in Omegas 3. Humectant: glycerol, thickener: glycerol mono and di stearate, DL alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), zinc oxide, beta carotene, Colouring agent: iron oxide, colouring support: potassium aluminium silicate, copper oxide, sodium selenate.

Hydrofta is not indicated for Children under 15.
Hydrofta contains beta-carotene. Studies have shown that high doses (over 20 mg/day) of beta-carotene may be harmful to the health of smokers. The beta-carotene content of Hydrofta is much lower than this dose.
Hydrofta is a food supplement and cannot replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
