How to use it
How to take Granions Shilajit 1000 mg?
For adolescents (12–18 years): Take 1 capsule daily with lunch. Adults may take 2 capsules: 1 in the morning and 1 at midday, or before 4 pm to support natural sleep.
Swallow each capsule with a glass of water during a meal. Store the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture to preserve its properties.
