How to use Granions Pure Shilajit Resin?
Measure 0.5 g of resin using the provided spatula. Add it to a glass of warm water and stir until fully dissolved. Drink once the mixture is smooth. Ideal for daily use, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Tip: For faster dissolving, use water at a maximum temperature of 40–50°C.
