How to use Granions Chrome ampoules?

Granions® Chromium 200 µg/day is a food supplement to be used as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. A slight sediment in the solution is normal due to its colloidal nature. If this occurs, shake the ampoule before use. Store away from heat.
