1 capsule a day with a meal.

Nutritional analysis for 1 capsule:
L-Glutathione in reduced form (Sétria) 250mg, broccoli sprout concentrate (Brassica oleracea var. Italica) 250mg contains 1mg sulforaphane trans-resveratrol (resVida) 15mg.
For internal use. Follow dosage instructions. Store in a clean, dry place away from heat, moisture and light. Always keep out of reach of Children.
